YouTube released a redesigned version of the YouTube’s website. It is called YouTube XL, and it still runs in the browser.
The interface is extremely clean. Currently the ads, suggested videos, comments and other content that clutters up the interface has been removed.
This will work on most devices that has a browser and can connect to a TV. So you will be able to use it through your Wii or PS3.
YouTube is certainly moving in the right direction to get YouTube’s content on your TV. Hopefully more premium content will appear on YouTube in the future.
