The United States Army is upgrading to Windows Vista. Currently only 13 percent of the computers have Vista installed. Also, all Office 2003 users will be upgraded to Office 2007. The totally number of computers to get this upgrade is 744,000. The upgrades are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2009.
