IdeaTango looks like an interesting site. It is basically an idea market that brings together idea seekers, idea creators, and service providers that can provide services to both of them.

Idea-creator can meet up with other idea-creators to work out ideas, and meet up with Idea-seekers/ Entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs/ Idea-seekers can look at inventions and ideas available.

And, service providers can provide design, legal, manufacturing, etc… help.

The site appears to be very new and may need some time to amass a critical mass of participants. But, I like this site, I hope it grows.
